My sincere greetings to you, dear delegations and faculty advisors. My name is Rodrigo Vásquez, and I am 15 years old. For the last two years, I have had the opportunity to participate in several Model United Nations Conferences, acquiring great experience in each of them, such as the Simluación ERI at the National University of Costa Rica, the University for Peace Model United Nations Conference, and the Costa Rica International Model United Nations, as well as several events. I will have the honor of being your Deputy Under Secretary General for this second edition of the New Hope Model UN. On behalf of the entire team behind this conference, we invite you to surpass yourselves during the two days of debate and to immerse yourself in the great world of Model United Nations.
